F4 – exploration and work in progress from and with Virieno Zakiesato from Nagaland, India.
The Fight-Flight-Freeze-Friendly Responses (F4) are instinctive reactions that a human being experience under common, stressful and extreme circumstances of life. My research, therefore, focuses on the responses of these instinctive reactions through memory and breath.
